Refund policy

You have a right to cancel your online order within 14 days of delivery for a refund, in line with UK Consumer Contracts regulations. This does not apply to personal, perishable, or sealed items once opened. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately at lazylobsternorwich@gmail.com.

Please note:
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless an item is damaged.
You are responsible for the safe return of the product(s). If any items are returned damaged, your refund may be reduced accordingly.

Refunds will go back to the original card.
